How do I book this adventure?
Do you accept solo travelers, couples and families?
Absolutely! Our community embraces individuals of all ages and demographics, inviting everyone to join our adventures. Approximately 70% of our community comprises females, with 30% being males. Moreover, nearly 70% of our Members are solo travelers, finding reassurance and security in our intimate small group settings.
Kids must be above the age of 8 to be eligible for this adventure.
Are flights included?
No, the adventure cost does not include international flights. This is due to our global Membership, making it challenging to accurately incorporate international flight expenses into the pricing. If you require assistance with booking international flights, our team can effortlessly manage your flight reservation, providing expert guidance and personalized solutions for a seamless and stress-free travel experience.

What airport should I fly into?
Kindly arrange your arrival and departure through Ushuaia Malvinas Argentinas International Airport (USH) in Argentina.
Arrival: It is advisable to consider arriving a day or two earlier and spending an additional night or nights at the Albatros Hotel. This will not only provide you with extra time to adjust to any time difference but also serve as a precautionary measure in case of any potential flight disruptions. If you choose to arrive a day or more in advance, we can assist in coordinating additional nights’ accommodation at the Albatros Hotel on your behalf, with the associated costs covered by you.
Departure: Please schedule your departure anytime after 11am on the day of disembarkation from the ship.

Do you offer travel insurance?
We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance for every adventure you take. We take pride in providing our Members with a range of Allianz Travel Insurance plans, each thoughtfully designed to offer distinct benefits and limits tailored to diverse travel needs.

What is the payment process?
Payments are structured into three stages:
Payment #1: Secure your spot on this adventure with a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Payment #2: As outlined during the booking process, you will receive an invoice for 25% of the trip cost on the designated date.
Payment #3: As outlined during the booking process, you will receive an invoice for the final 25% of the trip cost on the designated date.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, online payment gateways, ACH transfers, and both domestic and international bank wires.
What is the cancellation policy?
All requests for cancellations must be received via email at travel@worldplayground.co. Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2026, will allow you to retain your existing payments as a credit for future adventures booked through us. A $1,000 administrative fee will be deducted from your credit. This credit applies to both Group and Personal Travel, and you are not required to pay any remaining adventure costs.
Cancellations received between April 2, 2026 and July 31, 2026 will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations received after July 31, 2026, are non-refundable. For bookings where full payment has not yet been received, the full penalty will still apply, and unpaid monies are due according to the payment terms outlined herein. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to obtain trip cancellation insurance.
Prices quoted are based on group participation, and no refunds will be provided for any part of the program you choose not to participate in.
If I book the double occupancy option as a solo traveler, who will my roommate will be?
You will be paired with a same-sex traveler for shared accommodations to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment. This matching process takes into account your preferences, interests, and any special requests to promote a harmonious experience and enhance your overall stay.
How is the difficulty rating determined?
The rating system pertains to the physical demands of an adventure. A rating of one indicates the least difficulty, while a rating of five represents the most challenging. Ratings are assigned based on the perceived level of physical exertion required to complete all activities and experiences during the adventure.
